als Karten kommen wohl die OpenStreetMap in Frage aber nun benötigt man noch eine Datenbank mit GIS (Geographic Information System) Fähigkeiten.
hier kommt nun PostGIS http://www.postgis.org/ ins Spiel was mit dem PostgreSQL Server zusammen arbeitet.
