This is a complaint regarding a recurring issue we are experiencing with our Windows 11 machines.
When the system starts, EXE files execute as expected if run immediately. However, if we run these same EXEs a couple of hours after
starting the machine, they stop functioning altogether, and there are no visible errors or crash logs. This problem has persisted
even after updating to the latest Windows 11 24H2 version.

Re: EXE not running in Windows 11
some questions:
If you launch the Xbase++ EXE for the first time after several hours,
how is the PC being used in the meantime after turning it on?
Does a user log in immediately after turning on the PC,
or only hours later, just before using the EXE?
Or is the EXE already used the first time after turning it on and then again hours later?
If so, how long does the immediately launched EXE run?
How Many time from terminate the first EXE until start of second EXE?
Does the PC go into sleep mode while waiting?
I think this is a problem with the PC and/or Windows 11. The Xbase++ EXE crashes as a result of previous PC use.
